Mr Bilahari Kausikan, Chairman of the Middle East Institute at NUS believes that while the US and China will remain at the heart of a fluid international system, an order of dynamic multipolarity is emerging. To successfully navigate this, Mr Kausikan suggests that countries need to have a fundamental shift in  mindset and approach, and ensure that their institutions and politics remain agile so as to continually adapt.
